I've got a lot of stuff coming at me all at once:

-Memorize all of my lines for The Odd Couple and also block everything and write my character analysis and all that jazz
-Landscape design for Horticulture class
-Figure out what the hell is going on with Senior Highlights, and also finish it all before June 2nd
-Write up a committee report on LegSim

I don't think I'm going to be able to do it all, to be honest. And I only actually care about two of these (Senior Highlights and The Odd Couple), which of course are the ones that will take up all of my time. Especially The Odd Couple. Argh, I wish they had given me the tape for Senior Highlights today! >:( I have no idea how I'm going to finish everything, grr.

ETA: And, in terms of fanfiction, I still have to churn out another chapter for Antics and do that Kink/Cliche challenge before the month's out. SERIOUSLY. WHERE WILL I FIND THE TIME.

For the first time since I've moved here, it is actually, really hot. Like it's humid and everything. It's so weird! It's never humid here -- it makes me feel like I went back to the East Coast too early. XD I'd be complaining now, but I actually kinda like it. Feels like home, a little. It's comfortable. And it's nice, after being cold for so long.

Anyway, Senior Highlights is coming along purdy good. I've got a majority of the stuff edited -- the stuff we have so far, anyway. I really, really hope they extend the deadline to the week after next, otherwise we're all screwed. :/

And... um... yeah, that's pretty much it. Boring.

ETA: WOAH! I got a 53/57 on my AP Government final?!?! O_o I am... really stunned. What the hell? How'd I manage that?

Everything just feels so odd lately, you know? Like everything hinges on some kind of desperate... thing. Like today, for instance -- I was supposed to go filming for Senior Highlights, but Wednesdays are the days I'm supposed to spend with my mom, and I felt so guilty bailing out on her (especially after we watched Death of a Salesman in English class), and so I bailed out on the filming instead. It was such a stupid and uncool thing to do, and I feel so bad about it, but I would've lost either way, y'know? I either would've felt guilty about leaving my mom at home alone when I'm going to be leaving soon, or I would've felt guilty for not going to the shoot.

At least I got to see Iron Man again, though. And my crush on Robert Downey, Jr has now officially increased!

ETA: And, for some bizarre reason, I cannot get the image of Robert Downey Jr and Samuel L. Jackson doing a music video for "Mutha'uckers" out of my head. ...I don't know either.

Oh, man. What a day. We shot some of the scenes for the Senior Highlights today -- which, of course, meant it HAD to rain all the day long. And we weren't supposed to start filming until 4:15, which meant I was wandering around and doing nothing for a while... and I'd forgotten where we were supposed to MEET, so I figured I'd get something to eat since I was starving, and then Jackie O. called me and is all "Where are you?" and I was all "CRAP" so I had to run back there. We spent about an hour filming everything, and I am wet and tired and hungry. :( But I'm not really all that mad and/or pissed off and/or upset, for some reason.

So, I'll get to posting replies to that meme yesterday later. Now, I must eat and then nap!

I've had "Bowie" stuck in my head ALL. FREAKING. DAY. Not that this is a bad thing, but still. ALL. DAY.

Still going on that stupid camp trip. Ugh. But I'm freaking out less about it now, because they might push back the deadline for the first draft of the Senior Highlights video to the Tuesday after I come back. So, that's gonna be settled, hopefully. I just gotta figure out how to do all of those nifty special effects before I leave so I can edit it all more easily... Tomorrow and Wednesday we're supposed to get a lot of filming done, so that's good. Hopefully everything goes well. *crosses fingers*

Also, I'm quite pleased with how my Mike/Edward fic turned out! It's nice feeling proud of a fic for once... but this pairing is now eating my brain and I'm planning on writing this big, sweeping Mike/Edward epic. It's an AU where Bella never shows up at Forks. I've decided to write it all out first, like write it with pen and paper, and then post it when it's all done. \o/ FUN TIMES.

Guess what, guys? I'm actually -- gasp! -- going to do something for my school! :O I'm going to be editing together footage for the Senior Highlights video they're gonna show at the end of the school year. The first meeting was today -- I felt a little out of place, especially since they were talking about the past years and people in middle school and stuff, but it's all good. Should be fun. Besides, it'll be my chance to actually leave my mark on the place in some way: "Hey, guys! I went here for a while! Look, here's the proof! MY SENIOR YEAR WAS NOT POINTLESS GODDAMMIT!"

In other news, looks like I'm gonna wind up doing that camp thing for my community service hours after all. SIGH. I really don't want to, but oh well. It doesn't look like there's going to be any actual camping -- like, sleeping outside in tents and going hiking and other crap -- so that's good. I just hope I don't have to be in charge of some kind of arts and crafts thing or something. Hate arts and crafts. With a passion. And I better not get a bunch of brats in my group or I will have to... to... I'll have to be VERY annoyed!

ETA: I almost forgot -- CHECK OUT THE ADAM WEBSITE SO FAR! It's on all kinds of crack. Good times.
