Jackie: A Tale of Perversity and Woe

Can anyone tell me how to do this rotating header business on Livejournal? I tried doing the whole "put the URL of the script instead of the URL of an image where normally the URL of the image would go" but it never works on any of my LJ layouts. All of the images I want are in the same folder as the script to rotate the images... what am I doing wrong?
