I am so fucking pissed off at him. I hope Angela is able to get far, far away. Especially with his whole, "I HAVE DECIDED FOR YOU THAT YOU ARE HAVING A BABY." For the love of Christ, Jimmy, what the hell.

Other than that hot mess, I liked the episode. Margaret is awesome, even though I'm not sure what the show is trying to say about "using feminine wiles to get your way" or whatever. Like, are they trying to be feminist with that? Because, um, it isn't. But that might not have been the point, so I don't know.

(oh, and I so totally called that dude being paid by Nucky to kill the witness and sabotage things)

SERIOUSLY. so much for him being number five on my favorite characters list! ugh if only I could reach through the screen and punch him in the face. or the leg. I bet that would hurt.

i'm very conflicted about Margaret. but I do agree with you.

(ugh all I knew was, that once they were out in the middle of nowhere, that somebody was going to get shot but I totally missed the whole 'being paid off' thing. I don't know how I didn't see that coming.)

I KNOW. I was making this whole "Top 4 Characters" fanmix, and he was on it, and his mix is awesome, and now it's like vbowivb3u8 I CAN'T POST IT.

I actually thought Richard was going to snipe the dude while he was looking at the ocean and the agent would just have a cover story, but oh well.

That's why I've never liked him. He's been overbearing with her throughout the whole show. He disappeared for years, she thought he was dead, then he got pissy because he decided from flimsy "evidence" that she might have cheated on him, because in this male dominated world she's supposed to wait for him forever, she was clearly uncomfortable with him being around, she said tehy hardly knew each other to begin with, and the only one who keeps mentioning the engagement is him. They've shown their relationship as being unequal since the beginning. The rape just follows with his "I'm the man and my desires are the only ones that matter" attitude. When he showed up at the door, she looked like she was going to throw up. She was that upset.

Sorry, but I don't understand why people would like this guy even if they haven't seen this episode. And that's not even bringing up all the other fucked up aspects of his personality.

Now that you point it out, I see exactly what you mean. Ugh, I just want Angela to run away with Mary and just leave Jimmy behind.

I did like him before, but you gotta admit, everyone on this show is an asshole. Except maybe Margaret, but after this episode she definitely has shown she can be an asshole.
