There is some freaky fucking bug inside the bathroom it looked like a spider and it was way up on the wall out of my reach so I went to get a paper towel and I tried to find bug spray but we didn't have any so I got oven cleaner just so I could get it to move but then I sprayed it and it started flying and holy fucking shit are there such things as flying spiders????? I can't go into the bathroom now; I am too freaked out and I can't wake up my parents or they will be pissed at me for not taking care of it myself but I don't fucking know what kind of bug this is maybe it's poisonous or some shit I've got no idea and I'm scared to death of most bugs anyway and I keep scratching my head because I'm scared it landed in there and I itch everywhere and GODDAMMIT WHERE IS ALVY SINGER WHEN YOU NEED HIM

Even more dreams!
May. 14th, 2009 01:26 pmIt was the last day of the spring semester at SVA, and I decided I should throw a party -- more specifically, a wine-tasting party. Andrea couldn't come because she was on her way home to Michigan already, but as far as I knew everyone else could make it so I started inviting people. I remember Ian being particularly enthusiastic when I texted him the invitation, and he even stopped by my dorm to further emphasize how excited he was about the wine-tasting because he, like, totally loves wine-tasting or whatever.
However, I accidentally invited two people who were not in the class and who I definitely did not want to come, so this was a problem. I decided to worry about it later and go get the supplies for the party, when I realized I couldn't buy the wine myself, as I am underage and there is no way in hell I look old enough to buy alcohol. Luckily, I ran into my old friend Chris (who I haven't seen in years IRL), and he said he'd buy it for me.
So we're running around New York trying to find some damn wine but we can't find any. We wind up in a bunch of these bizarre places, including this colonial re-enactment restaurant-type place. They didn't have any wine, either. We never wound up getting the wine, and my dream changed into something else I think, but I can't remember it.
I just want to know why wine tasting, of all the things.

May. 14th, 2009 07:57 pmMy obsession with Watchmen has pretty much gone away, sadly, so I decided it was time for a layout change. Annie Hall is still awesome so I decided to bring back my old header.
I haven't really been up to much for the past couple of days, besides my brief brush with death with the spider/crane fly/whatever it was last night. Sorry I'm not more exciting. BUT! On the 27th I'll be going to the Keane concert at Radio City Music Hall, so. Yes.
I've been applying for a couple of jobs, and it looks likely that I may land myself a job at FYE again, which would be nice. I liked working there last year.
