Just to balance it out..

As someone who has an HP [& is about to get a new one :D] & has had it for, what, 3 years? now, I can say that they're pretty good. I've never had a big problem w/ it. And mine doesn't even have one of the super fast processors. If you get one that does--well--you do the math.

But I'm not biased though. I was actually looking into getting a Macbook, which would've also been uhhsome.

Well, I'm definitely considering both -- and an HP would probably be cheaper, so most likely I'd wind up getting that. XD It's still a couple months away 'til I buy a new one, though. IF I buy a new one...
